Cybersecurity is one of the most debated topics in the past years. There’s no doubt that it is a serious challenge for any company. Not long ago I decided to start documenting around data breaches costs, the top industries targeted by cybercriminals and even the root causes for these attacks. What I found was included in the first infographic about the topic. Now it’s time to expand our knowledge on the same subject and see which are the factors that increase or decrease the cost of a data breach, the average cost that companies had to pay according to their size in the past three years and also the time needed to identify the breaches.
